Kristen Johnson is a Certified General Appraiser with licensure in the State of Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida. She has worked with Kunes Real Estate and Appraisal since July 2019. During her time working at Kunes Real Estate, she has also become a Real Estate Agent in the State of Georgia as well as earned her Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness degree from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in the spring of 2021. Kristen specializes in eminent domain assignments as well as land, commercial, and industrial assignments. Kristen has a passion for real estate and has renovated several properties in recent years with her husband, Brandon Johnson. Her strength comes through her ability to understand the needs of her clients. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her two Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, which she personally trained as hunting companions. She is also a member of the American Kennel Club. Kristen also has a heart of service and is active in the Down Syndrome community, participating in Buddy Walks, Polar Plunges, and overall support of fundraising efforts. Kristen looks forward to partnering with clients and using her skills and experience to successfully service all her clients’ real estate and appraisal needs.
