Kristen Johnson is a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Georgia and has worked with Kunes Real Estate and Appraisal since July 2019. During that time working at Kunes Real Estate she has also became a Real Estate Agent in the State of Georgia as well as earned her Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness degree from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in the spring of 2021. Kristen specializes in eminent domain assignments as well as land, commercial and industrial assignments. Kristen has a passion for real estate and has renovated several properties in recent years with her husband Brandon Johnson. Her strength comes through her ability to understand the needs of her clients. In her down time, she enjoys spending time with her two Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, which she personally trained as hunting companions. She is also a member of the American Kennel Club. Kristen also has a heart of service and is active in the Down Syndrome community participating in Buddy Walks, Polar Plunges, and overall support of fundraising efforts. Kristen looks forward to partnering with clients and using her skills and experience to successfully service all her clients’ real estate and appraisal needs.

Daniel Register is a registered appraiser in the State of Georgia. Daniel graduated from Valdosta State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice in 2023. During his senior semester, Daniel completed the necessary qualifying education which allowed him to become a registered appraiser. Upon graduation, Daniel started his career with Kunes Real Estate and Appraisals in May of 2023. Since joining Kunes Real Estate, Daniel has performed a variety of appraisal assignments including eminent domain, commercial, residential, and land appraisals. Daniel is now working towards earning his Certified General Appraisers License. Daniel is intelligent, ambitious, and attentive and is dedicated to help customers with their appraisal needs.
